Appointment Time Reserved

We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure your appointment is started in a timely manner. To be respectful of other guests and their scheduled appointments, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or move your appointment to another stylist if available.

Cancelled/Rescheduled Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you do so

at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Charges for Time Reserved

For any missed appointments (due to arriving late, missing them completely, or cancelling with less than 24 hours notice) there is a fee of $25. This charge will be added to your next appointment in addition to your services received the day of, and you may be asked to reserve your next appointment with a credit card.

Child Safety

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend on yourself. We also understand that your "me time" does not always align with your hair appointments. However our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. Respectfully, we ask that you make all childcare arrangements prior to your scheduled salon appointment.

In the event that you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional adult (18+) caretaker. Due to limited space, and for safety purposes, we kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas.

Neither NC Hair Studio, nor its stylists/staff can be held liable for any injury or damages caused by children in the salon. By bringing a minor into the salon, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for their actions. NC Hair Studio reserves the right to hold legal guardians/clients financially responsible for any and all damages incurred by children.

While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child's safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Services are available to children with prior approval from management/ownership. NC Hair Studio stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
